From Wednesday 5th May the season ticket sale service for Vigo’s Sixth Imaxina Sons Jazz Festival is active on Caixanova or on phone number 34-902-504-500. New important features and discounts have now been added, including the sale of combined season tickets for the three concerts at MARCO plus the four concerts at the City Council Concert Hall (for a total of seven concerts), in addition to the traditional season tickets available for the three concerts at Caixanova Cultural Centre (Theatre and Concert Hall).

5.05.10 Season tickets for Imaxina Sons already available
From Wednesday 5th May the season ticket sale service for Vigo’s Sixth Imaxina Sons Jazz Festival is active on Caixanova or on phone number 34-902-504-500. New important features and discounts have now been added, including the sale of combined season tickets for the three concerts at MARCO plus the four concerts at the City Council Concert Hall (for a total of seven concerts), in addition to the traditional season tickets available for the three concerts at Caixanova Cultural Centre (Theatre and Concert Hall). For those who purchase the two season tickets (for a total of ten concerts) there will be a special 15% discount offer for telephone transactions. Tickets can be purchased until 31st May. Since 1st June individual tickets will be available on the above-mentioned web site and phone line.
The Theatre and Concert Hall of Caixanova Cultural Centre will be the venue of three of the Imaxina Sons concerts: the opening session with French pianist Martial Solal (23rd June, 21:30h.), the Root Africaine show featuring Romano, Sclavis and Texier (27th June, 22:00h.), and the closing concert with the Dave Douglas Quintet (4th July, 22:00h.). The price of season tickets for these three concerts is: Stalls, 30.60€; dress circle, 28.05€; upper circle, 25.50€; gallery, 22.95€.
The Museum of Contemporary Art (MARCO) will host three concerts (all of them at 21:30h.): Pierre Favre Solo Poetry In Motion (Monday 28th June), Carlos “Zingaro” Solo Violin with Electronics (Tuesday 29th June), and Marisco Fresco (Wednesday 30th June).
The new Imaxina Sons premises will be at the City Council Concert Hall (Auditorio do Concello) with four concerts: Red Trio + John Butcher (Thursday 1st July, 20:30h.), Arild Andersen Trio (Friday 2nd July, 20:30h.), Franz Koglmann Monoblue Quartet. Lo-lee-ta. Music on Nabokov (Saturday 3rd July, 20:30h.), and Atlantic Bridge (Sunday 4th July, 19:30h.). A season ticket for all seven concerts at MARCO and The City Council Concert Hall will be available for 18€.
For those who wish to acquire the two season tickets for all ten concerts at Caixanova, MARCO and the City Council Concert Hall there will be a 15% discount offer available on the phone line 34-902-504-500.
Concerts at the School of Music (Conservatorio) by Monkillos (Friday 25th June, 20:30h.) and Marcos Pin Factor −E-Reset (Friday 25th June, 22:15h.), Tri-EZ (Saturday 26th June, 20:30h.) and Franco D’Andrea Quartet (Saturday 26th June, 22:15h.) as well as those at the outdoor venue of Praza da Constitución at 23:00h. (Thursday 1st July Yves Robert Trio, Friday 2nd July Roberto Somoza Jazz Orchestra, and Saturday 3rd July, Irene Aranda Quintento) are free of charge.
Finally, there will be three showings (12:00h., 17:30h., and 19:00h.) of the all family show Botazz! The Swing of Jazz scheduled for 24th June at the City Council Concert Hall. The price will be 3€.
